​Maple Syrup Producers Association of CT

Become a Member of MSPAC

The Maple Syrup Producers Association of Connecticut, Inc. holds informational meetings in the Fall and January each year and publishes a newsletter called Drop in the Bucket. Benefits of being a Member of MSPAC include:

  1. Access to the Connecticut Maple Syrup Producers Manual, a publication containing production and quality control guidelines. It is available to members for reference and/or distribution.
  2. Access to purchase of CT Maple Syrup jugs.
  3. Free subscription to the Maple Digest.
  4. Hydrometer testing
  5. Purchase at meetings of:

  • Metal signs with the Association’s name and logo on them in two sizes: 18” x 12” or 18” x 24”.
  • Maple Syrup Grading Posters, suitable for display in all Connecticut Sugarhouses, that describes the current grading standards.
  • Grading kits
Members wishing to market their products may, for a nominal fee, participate in MSPAC’s annual Guide to Connecticut Sugarhouses Open to the Public.

Cost to Join: $40.00 due at the Fall Meeting. Our fiscal year is January 1 - December 31. So if you pay at the November meeting, you are paying for next year's membership. Dues are due by December 31st of each year.
